Elevate was founded in Los Angeles in 2018 on a simple premise: that the spaces we inhabit should reflect the clarity we seek in life. We are a small studio by choice, working on a limited number of projects to give each one our full creative attention.

Who we are
Lena Kirchner
Founder, Principal DesignerTrained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and sharpened through a decade at Vincenzo De Cotiis studio in Milan. Lena founded Elevate in 2018 with a singular conviction: that restraint is the highest form of luxury.
Rafael Orozco
Senior DesignerFormer architect at Tadao Ando and Associates. Rafael brings a structural rigor to interiors that most designers lack, treating every room as a composition of light, mass, and negative space.
Sadie Clarkwell
Materials SpecialistWith a background in textile conservation, Sadie sources and specifies every material in our projects. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of natural stone, heritage fabrics, and artisan finishes.
